Connect a broker

To trade live, connect a brokerage or exchange account. Backtesting does not require a connected broker.

Supported integrations

Horizon supports a growing list of brokers and exchanges, including Alpaca, Binance, Bybit, Coinbase, Kraken, and Hyperliquid. See the full, current list on Supported brokers and the public integrations directory.

Connection methods

Depending on the broker, you'll connect with one of:

• API key + secret - generated in your broker account
• OAuth - authorize Horizon directly
• API wallet - for on-chain venues such as Hyperliquid

Keep keys safe

Grant the minimum permissions required (trading, not withdrawals). Never share your API secret. You can revoke a key from your broker at any time.
